How do I place an order?

All orders must be placed through our website. Please add items to the cart which you wish to purchase and checkout. We are currently unable to process orders overs the phone.

Can I change my order once placed?

It may be possible to change your order depending on the status of your order. If your order has been dispatched then unfortunately you won’t be able to change the order.

Can I add to my order once placed?

It may be possible to add to your order depending on the status of your order. If your order has been dispatched then unfortunately you won’t be able to add additional items and will need to place a new order.

If I forget to apply a discount code, will I able to add it after placing my order?

Unfortunately you won’t be able to go back and apply a discount code to an order which you have already placed.

ORDERS AND RETURNS

Can I cancel my order?

We may be able to cancel your order for you if you contact us immediately. However it will depend on where your order is in the dispatch process. If the order has been dispatched, we won’t be able to cancel it.

How long until my order is delivered?

At the checkout screen we will show all delivery timescales available. Depending on your preferred option, the delivery will arrive.

How can I find out your delivery policy before purchasing my order?

All relevant delivery information can be found under the ‘Delivery & Returns’ tab which is located at the bottom of each page.

How can I find out information in regards to returning my order?
